Sleep tracking that earns a place on your finger.
The wrist is a crowded, compromised place to measure the body. It moves constantly, sits loosely, and competes with a bright screen for your attention. The Pulse Ring makes a simple argument: put the sensors on a finger, drop the display entirely, and let the data speak in the morning.
It works. Sleep staging matched a home reference study more closely than any wrist wearable we have tested, and the recovery score proved genuinely predictive of how the day would feel. Because there is no screen, there is nothing to check compulsively — the insight arrives once, in the app, when it is actually useful.
Battery life stretches to a full week, and core metrics carry no subscription, a welcome stance in a category increasingly built on monthly fees. The friction is upfront: you order a sizing kit, wait, then order the ring. Once it is on, though, it disappears — which is exactly the point.
